Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, plan your wedding, or use EverAfter features. This may include your name, email address, account credentials, wedding details, guest information, budget entries, timeline items, packing notes, and any preferences you choose to save.

We may also collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, approximate location, and diagnostic information needed to improve performance and fix issues.

Account information

If you sign in with Apple or create an account, we may process your sign-in identifier, email address, and profile information required to authenticate you and maintain your account.

Wedding and planning data

EverAfter stores wedding planning data that you create or upload, such as guest lists, table assignments, event details, budget records, timeline entries, checklists, and packing lists. This content is used to provide the service and to let you access and manage your planning information.

Guest information

If you use the guest-facing features, information about guests may be processed so you can manage seating, invitations, and event access. We use this information solely to provide the EverAfter experience and related functionality.

Analytics and app performance

We may use analytics providers and basic diagnostics to understand feature usage, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability. These tools may collect anonymised or aggregated usage data and device information.

RevenueCat and subscriptions

If you purchase EverAfter Pro, subscription and purchase information may be processed via RevenueCat to validate and manage your subscription, restore purchases, and provide access to premium features. RevenueCat may process transaction information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Storage and security

Data is stored securely in Neon/PostgreSQL infrastructure and protected using reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards. While no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, we take measures to minimise the risk of unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

Data retention

We retain personal and wedding planning data for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and improve our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your rights

Account deletion

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove or anonymise your personal information unless retention is required by law or necessary for the continued operation of the service.

Children’s privacy

EverAfter is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental consent.
